Chance Building Services Engineering Company Limited ("Chance BSE") is a building services engineering company formed in 2019, from the core management members of Chance Air-Conditioning and Engineering Co ("Chance AC"), which is founded in 1994. Both companies are still and will be operating individually.

Chance AC has successfully operated in the Hong Kong for the past 25 years working on both small and large scale mechanical ventilation and air condition (MVAC) projects, repair, and alteration projects focusing on commercial and residential contracting. We has won the trust of our customers by providing professional services throughout the years.

With our business boom that is occuring in local market and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company hereby to extend its target market from MVAC project to a larger business fields in building services engineering, not limited to MVAC projects but more extended to other fields such as electrical installations, pumping systems, and addition and alteration ("A&A") projects under building services engineering.
